The Practice of Dr. Charles S. McElfish is announcing its closure as of March 30, 2023.

Patients needing assistance in locating another dentist should contact their dental insurance company for a list of providers or the phone directory for a list of local dentists.  With written authorization, a copy of dental records will be available until March 30, 2023 at the office.  Please call (304) 726-4562 to request your records, so we will have them ready for you to pick up.
